I help ambitious, compassionate leaders make change
ABOUT KIM
I’m a former pro speedskater and former journalist.
I have a Ph.D. in positive organizational psychology, the science of optimum human experience at work.
I work with NOBL Collective to help make companies better. Better meetings, deeper problem solving, fairer decision-making, higher creativity, more satisfying work life integration, more cohesive teams, smoother planned change.

How I might help you
I write, speak, lead workshops, and coach on all matters pertaining to change leadership, problem solving, and communication.
A few quotes I believe in

Do what you feel in your heart is right, for you will be criticized anyway. ~ Eleanor Roosevelt
Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.

No answer is what the wrong question begets. ~ Alexander Bickel
Joy is inexhaustible, unlike seriousness. ~ Jean Paul
