_Today on a Drucker trip I toured Patagonia  and spoke with CEO Casey Sheahan. Casey said he wanted leaders to abandon goal setting and instead embrace "intentionality", or consciously and unequivocally stating your vision for the future. "After we stopped setting sales goals a few years ago, sales went way up," he said.

I'm so glad you found Momentum!

This blog will deal with topics that come up on the journey between today and the time you accomplish your goals. My goal is to supply ideas and information that will help you get where you want to go, and also enjoy the ride.
